Ceremony Sites Elegant Settings for Your Memorable Event

Unique garden settings, lush green vegetation, a brick cobblestone courtyard and historic ambiance make The Manning House a spectacular location for your most special event. Choose from our white wedding gazebo and extended brick walkway, our sloping east lawn with the mansion's magnificent arches as the backdrop, or one of many other distinctive locations. Indoor settings include the Gallery, Atrium, Rotunda, and other areas rich in character exemplifying historic elegance at its best. Site Ceremonies are only available with Receptions.

Site Ceremony Fee:
Outdoor ceremonies may be performed in several locations throughout the estate.  The Wedding Ceremony fee is $600.00 for up to 100 guests.  For ceremonies with more than 100 guests, there is a $3.00 charge per additional guest.

The Ceremony Package with a Reception at the Manning House, includes a one-hour rehearsal with wedding coordinator, use of a Bride's changing room for two hours prior to the ceremony, a one hour ceremony, stereo and microphone, a table for gifts and guest book, and chairs (white outside and green indoors) set up on the day of the event.
